The impact
neighborhoods are defined as:
- The
Bywater Neighborhood which is bounded by the Mississippi
River, St. Claude Avenue, the Industrial Canal, and Press
Street;
- The
Holy Cross Neighborhood which is bounded by
the Mississippi River, St. Claude Avenue, the Industrial
Canal, and the St. Bernard Parish line;
- The
Lower Ninth Ward Neighborhood which is bounded
by St. Claude Avenue, Florida Avenue, the Industrial Canal,
and the St. Bernard Parish line; and
- The
St. Claude/Florida Neighborhood which is bounded by
St. Claude Avenue, Florida Avenue, the Industrial Canal,
and Press Street.
