Corps to answer questions on new lock, bridges at town meeting in St. Bernard
Tuesday night meeting is at Council chambers in Chalmette

What.  Town meeting called by St. Bernard Parish Council, which invited the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to attend.

Subject.  Effect on road traffic of the Corps' $585 million Industrial Canal Lock replacement project, and the two bridges involved, at St. Claude and North Claiborne Avenues.

Corps representatives.  Joe Dicharry, senior project manager; Michael Stout, project manager, and Corps economists will be on hand to discuss the project and two bridges and to answer questions.

When.  7 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2001.
